Presentation Report2 November 5 1. Maki Yoshihara She talked about the history and nutrition of turnips. I was interested in how to cook turnips. 2. Yuiho Kawamoto She talked about Chinese cabbage nutrition and how to eat Korean and Japanese Chinese cabbage. It was good that she was talking about the difference in how to eat Chinese cabbage between Korea and Japan. 3. Suzue Ishikawa She talked about the history and nutrition of turnips and the types of turnips. It was interesting that turnips were sweeter than radishes, had no place to throw away, and had a lot of vitamin C in their leaves. 4. Kaho Miyake She talked about the history of lotus root, how to cook and nutrition. It was interesting that lotus root has various cooking methods. 5.
