1. Rina Tatae

She talked about mushroom dishes around the world. I didn't know anything about mushroom dishes from all over the world, so it was very interesting. I thought that I want to eat it if I had the chance.

2.  HIbiki Nakamura

She talked about why she hates mushrooms and how to eat them. I found that if you don't like the texture of mushrooms, you can chop them into small pieces and put them in meat or curry. Mushrooms are low in calories, so I thought it would be nice to be able to make them healthier with this method.

3. Mayuko Nishi

She talked about some mushroom dishes. I sympathize with the fact that the moment I open the lid of the rice cooker when the cooked rice is cooked is happy. I want to make rice cooked with mushrooms myself.

4. Narumi Toya 

She introduced three dishes using Maitake. For the first time, I learned to put Maitake in a pot of Kiritanpo. I've never eaten Kiritanpo hot pot, so I want to eat it with my family and friends on a cold day.

5. Ayumi Higashida

She talked about truffles. For the first time I learned that truffles are mushrooms. I want to eat truffles someday.

6. Kyoka Unoki

She introduced three dishes using enoki mushrooms. Every dish was easy to make and looked delicious. In particular, I thought that I want to eat enoki carbonara.

8. Maharo Sugimoto

She talked about enoki mushrooms and two dishes made with enoki mushrooms. It turns out that enoki mushrooms can be eaten especially from autumn to winter. I learned that nametake can be easily made at home, so I decided to make it myself.

9. Maho Hikida

She introduced two dishes using enoki mushrooms. I thought the enoki galette looked very delicious, so I decided to make it next time.

    I think your voice is very loud. However, there was a problem with your facial expression. To improve this, I think you need to look closely at the audience and speak. By doing so, you will naturally be able to talk with a smile.

    The audience was easy to understand your presentation because you were gesturing. Moreover, the audience was easy to hear you because you were speaking loudly. I thought that if you could speak with a little more smile, you could make a better impression on the audience.

    Your English was clear and easy to hear. Also the speaking speed and loudness of the voice were just right. I think it will be better if you can make more eye contact.

    I thought your point of view that focusing on mushroom nutrients was very good. The listener was able to enjoy listening to your story without getting bored because you packed the content of the story with knowledge that many would not know. Also, your voice was loud, so it was easy to hear and understand.
